These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Clear Flow, Inc. ("Clear Flow"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. This page is a plain-language summary and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Comply with all applicable laws and card-network rules.
Do not process payments for prohibited or restricted businesses.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.

3. Fees

Fees are described on our documentation and in your order form. Fees are charged per successful transaction and may be updated with notice.

4. Payouts & settlement

Settlement timing depends on your plan, region, and risk profile. We may hold or delay funds where required for fraud prevention, compliance, or chargeback exposure.

5. Service availability

We target 99.999% uptime and publish incident history on our status page. Enterprise plans include a contractual SLA. The service is otherwise provided "as is."

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
